Our three core members offer end-to-end project delivery, encompassing corporate projects, short and long-form films, as well as targeted support for creative aspects such as treatments, editing, and project management led by David Mills.
Our in-house Assistant Producer, Susan Rutledge, working out of Toronto, Canada, can assist with research for your next project, and our lead designer, Matthew Shearing, excels in crafting the look and feel of your digital assets, including posters, graphics, and promotional materials.

David Mills with over 20 years of experience driving impactful narratives across diverse industries, including music and film.
His background in ideation, TV advertising, coupled with collaborations with global brands like Universal Music, BBC, Porsche, and Elton John, informs a measured and strategic approach to crafting compelling stories and engaging audiences.
Matthew Shearing

As an experienced freelance creative, Matthew is driven by a dedication to creating exceptional and impactful designs that communicate effectively. His keen eye for detail and deep expertise in visual elements enable him to craft designs that captivate audiences for a diverse range of projects.
Matthew believes in collaboration, working closely with clients to seamlessly bring their vision to life.
Susan Rutledge
PRODUCER
Susan is an experienced communications and fundraising professional whose career encompasses publishing, not-for-profit, and government sectors. She offers writing and editing support, with a focus on highlighting the best of the artist’s talent.
Drawing on her background in sponsorship, Susan also provides valuable advice on fundraising challenges.
